SHORT BIO
Hi,
I am a Ph.D. student in Computer Engineering at Politecnico di Milano (Italy). I completed my Master of Science in Computer Engineering in 2022 and commenced my Ph.D. the same year. Additionally, I am a Temporary Research Associate at the Dipartimento di Elettronica, Informazione e Bioingegneria (DEIB) of Politecnico di Milano.

My areas of academic inquiry are autonomic computing, approximate computing, and high-performance computing. I am focused on developing a virtual screening application for the High-Performance Computing (HPC) platform. This involves efficiently utilizing accelerated computation capabilities integrated with Artificial Intelligence (AI) modules. I also hold the position of Teaching Assistant at Politecnico di Milano.

LiGen

LiGen is a high-throughput, extreme-scale virtual screening pipeline. It has been utilized in the largest virtual screening campaign against SARS-CoV-2 as part of the European EXSCALATE4CoV project and is currently under active development for the European LIGATE project. LiGen is a component of the EXASCALATE platform, a drug discovery pipeline.
